Sphere Continuity Notice

Compliance is the shortest path to peace.

The Sphere remains subject to Earth-origin continuity jurisdiction. Registration, regularisation, and enforcement review are now in effect for all operators.

Mission Statement

Restore lawful continuity across every sector of the Sphere.

The Agency records jurisdiction, verifies lawful operation, audits refugee corridors, assigns compliance status, and directs enforcement resources against operators who remain outside Earth continuity procedure.

Current Directives

Regularisation remains available before enforcement assignment.

Register all sector licences, resource flows, and military assets under Earth-origin continuity law.

Designate noncompliant actors, routes, camps, and frontier formations for enforcement review.

Allocate treasury expenditure, bounties, acquisitions, and contracted force to restore compliance.

Regularise operators into the Earth continuity registry before escalation becomes necessary.

Public Notices

Noncompliance has been logged.

Notices establish the administrative record for treasury allocation, compliant-member coordination, contracted enforcement, and seizure review. Operators named in a notice should regularise immediately.

OCA-17B

Frontier placement without verified adjacency permit

OCA-44C

Unauthorized sovereignty formation under continuity review

OCA-90R

Refugee intake route pending residency reconciliation

Faction Offer

Join compliance or face enforcement.

Registered operator status confirms protection eligibility, bounty access, and alignment with Earth treasury operations. Dues, disclosure, permit procedure, and call-up obligations apply upon regularisation.
